New Bike

Well you may not know that my HT125 was written off by a gent pulling out in to me. It would have been good for them to see http://think.direct.gov.uk/motorcycles.html. Anyway I now have Suzuki GS500 It is a bit tatty and needs a bit of TLC but at the moment seems to go ok. I have to say as my first 'big' bike in 30 years it is VERY fast. This I hope will keep me out of trouble in the rush hour.

Weather Station

The weather station has been a little intermittent for a while so yesterday took the pole down to have a look. I found the transmitter was full of flies and flies eggs. I cleaned it all out and it seem to work. However it has failed again. I hope it is the batteries, which I did not change. I hope to get the pole down latter when the rain stops.

Blue Lights

I am always amazed at how people behave when a blue light appears. This video shows how the emergency services want you to behave.
